Custom-Made Items
Custom-made holsters or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is found.
If a manufacturing fault is verified, HolstersMakers.com will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers must report the issue and return the faulty item within 7 days of receiving it.

Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items
Ready-made items may be returned or exchanged without providing a reason.
If the return is due to a manufacturing issue, HolstersMakers.com will cover the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
