Because all holsters are handmade and custom-built to your exact gun model, the majority of products fall under “Custom Orders.”
Custom Orders (made-to-order holsters) cannot be canceled once production has started.
Non-custom or ready-made accessories can be canceled ONLY before shipping.
Once a shipping notification is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
We do not offer refunds for custom holsters unless the item arrives damaged or with major manufacturing defects.
